摘要
针对天然沸石开发利用程度低的问题,本文以黑龙江某天然沸石为原矿,采用“磨矿—搅拌—离心—沉降”联合工艺进行提纯试验研究。结果表明:原矿属“高钙斜发沸石”,脉石矿物主要为石英、长石和蒙脱石等。同时,在搅拌质量分数为10%、搅拌时间为40min、搅拌转速为1750r/min、离心力为90G、沉降时间为90min、虹吸深度为4cm的条件下,精矿产品的斜发沸石含量达70.16%,NH4+交换量达到144mmol/100g,为天然沸石的开发利用提供了技术参考。
Aiming at the problem of low exploitation and utilization of natural zeolite,this paper takes a natural zeolite from Heilongjiang as the raw ore,and adopts the combined process of"milling-stirring-centrifugation-sedimentation"to carry out the experimental study of purification.The results showe that the raw ore belongs to"high calcium clinoptilolite zeolite",and the vein minerals are mainly quartz,feldspar and montmorillonite.Meanwhile,under the conditions of 10%stirring concentration,40 min stirring time,1750 r/min stirring speed,90 G centrifugal force,90 min settling time and 4 cm siphon depth,the content of zeolite in the concentrate reaches 70.16%,and the exchange amount of NH4+reaches 144 mmol/100 g,which provides technical references for the development and utilization of natural zeolite.
