摘要
为进一步探究氨碱法纯碱生产工艺的优化路径,在本次研究中,基于模拟实验的方式展开探究,结合大量实验分析,对生产工艺中的几项主要参数,包括吸收液浓度、吸收液温度、气体通入时间和气体吸收方式进行探究,并初步得到了最佳参数条件。本研究将为今后的氨碱法纯碱生产工艺技术参数优化提供一定的参考借鉴。
In order to further explore the optimization path of ammonia alkali method soda ash production process,in this study,simulation experiments were conducted to explore several main parameters in the production process,including absorption liquid concentration,absorption liquid temperature,gas inlet time,and gas absorption method,combined with a large amount of experimental analysis.The optimal parameters were preliminarily obtained.This study will provide certain reference for the optimization of technical parameters in the production process of ammonia alkali soda ash in the future.
