摘要
用多胺成膜药剂替代传统的磷酸三钠在工业锅炉中进行试验,对试用前、试用稳定期及试用结束三个阶段进行监测,根据《火力发电机组及蒸汽动力设备水汽质量标准》(GB12145—2016)以及某化工厂的技术标准等确定监测内容。主要涉及的监测项目有pH值、磷酸根、二氧化硫、电导率、蒸汽品质、炉水品质、锅炉水汽损失率等。本次监测的主要结果显示,炉水多胺成膜药剂试用稳定期及试用结束阶段,锅炉给水、炉水、蒸汽及凝结水品质满足GB 12145—2016要求,且优于试用前汽水品质;锅炉平均连续排污率由前几年的2.5%降至1%以下,节约除盐水量和热量。
The use of polyamine film-forming agents instead of traditional trisodium phosphate in industrial boilers was tested,and the monitoring content was determined based on the Water and Steam Quality Standards for Thermal Power Units and Steam Power Equipment(GB12145-2016)and the technical standards of a certain chemical plant during the pre trial,stable trial,and post trial stages.The main monitoring items involved include pH value,phosphate radical,sulfur dioxide,conductivity,steam quality,boiler water quality,and boiler water vapor loss rate.The main results of this monitoring show that during the stable and end of trial period of polyamine film forming agents in boiler water,the quality of boiler feedwater,boiler water,steam,and condensate meets the requirements of GB 12145-2016,and is superior to the quality of steam and water before trial.The average continuous discharge rate of the boiler has decreased from 2.5%in previous years to below 1%,saving the amount of desalinated water and heat.
