摘要 针对煤化工生产企业循环水系统所凸显的能耗与上回水温差小的问题,开展了影响循环水温度因素的分析,确定影响其上回水温差小的要因;针对循环水泵超负荷的问题,基于伯努利原理与达西原理,对循环水给水系统的水力情况进行分析和改造,开展了基于“三维CAD-CFD联合的叶片泵整体优化技术”的泵叶片整体优化方案的研究,达到节能降耗目的,同时优化运行参数,保证循环水泵能够长周期稳定运行。 In response to the prominent issues of energy consumption and water temperature in the circulating water system of coal chemical production enterprises,and in response to the small temperature difference between the upper and lower return water in the circulating water system of coal chemical production enterprises,an analysis was conducted to determine the factors that affect the temperature difference between the upper and lower return water.In response to the problem of overload of circulating water pumps,based on Bernoulli and Darcy principles,the hydraulic situation of the circulating water supply system was analyzed and improved.A research on the overall optimization scheme of pump blades based on the"3D CAD CFD combined blade pump overall optimization technology"was also carried out to achieve energy conservation and consumption reduction,while optimizing operating parameters to ensure long-term stable operation of the circulating water pump.
