摘要
在荒漠类生态系统、土荒漠类生态系统中,土壤酶是能量流动和物质循环中积极的生物活性物质,土壤酶活性测定在荒漠生态系统的研究中占有重要地位。从植物群落、土壤肥力、气候因子和人为干扰4个方面,综合探讨了荒漠类生态系统中土壤酶种类、活性与分布的变化,结果表明:各种植物通过根际土壤中根分泌物和微生物的活动来提高土壤酶活性;土壤肥力(氮、磷和有机碳的含量与存在形态)对不同的土壤酶活性将会产生不同的影响;气候因子中对土壤酶活性的影响主要与土壤中的水分和温度有关;人为干扰对土壤酶活性存在消极的影响,尤其是在漠类生态系统中。但目前关于荒漠生态系统土壤酶的研究较其他种类土壤少,且多为研究土壤酶的时空分布。未来可在土壤酶活性与其他生态指标、多种环境因素交叉、土壤微生物群落等方面对荒漠生态系统进行研究。
Soil enzymes are active bioactive substances in energy flow and material circulation in desert ecosystems,and the measurement of soil enzyme activity plays an important role in the study of desert ecosystems.In this paper,the species,activity and distribution of soil enzymes in desert ecosystems were discussed from four aspects:plant community,soil fertility,climate factors and human disturbance.The results show that:various plants enhance soil enzyme activity through root exudates and microbial activities in rhizosphere soil.Soil fertility(the content and presence of nitrogen,phosphorus and organic carbon)will have different effects on different soil enzyme activities.The influence of climate factors on soil enzyme activity is mainly related to soil moisture and temperature.Human disturbance has a negative effect on soil enzyme activity,especially in desert ecosystems.Finally,However,the researches on soil enzymes in desert ecosystem are less than those of other types of soil,and most of them focus on the temporal and spatial distribution of soil enzymes.In the future,the desert ecosystem can be studied in terms of soil enzyme activity and other ecological indicators,cross-pollination of various environmental factors,and soil microbial communities.
