摘要
泵变频器用水冷移相变压器是某三代核电技术中采用的先进水内冷变压器,其采用冷却水直接对导体进行冷却,散热效率高。但其相较常规干式变压器,增加了水路系统,其中对于水路的流量、流速、温升等计算目前尚缺少成熟的计算体系。本文结合依托项目中水冷移相变压器的日常巡检和维护经验,并结合理论计算和仿真分析对其水路工况进行了研究,分析了其运行状态,可为后续水冷移相变压器的应用提供技术支撑和借鉴。
The water-cooled phase-shifting transformer for the main pump frequency converter is an advanced water-cooled transformer used in some third-generation nuclear power technologies.It employs cooling water to directly cool the conductor,resulting in high heat dissipation efficiency.However,compared to conventional dry-type transformers,it adds a water system where there is currently a lack of a mature calculation system for flow rate,velocity,and temperature rise in the water system.This paper combines the regular inspection and maintenance experience of the water-cooled phaseshifting transformer in the dependent project,and carries out research on its water system working condition through theoretical calculation and simulation analysis.The operation status is analyzed,which can provide technical support and reference for the subsequent application of water-cooled phase-shifting transformers.
