食(药)用菌内参基因筛选研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 随着组学技术的快速发展,越来越多食(药)用菌基因的差异表达需要通过实时荧光定量PCR(RTqPCR)试验进行验证,因此筛选到稳定表达的内参基因十分重要。通过梳理食(药)用菌内参基因筛选的相关研究,从候选内参基因选择、常用分析软件、最佳内参基因确定和内参基因验证等几方面展开论述。 With the rapid development of omics technology,the differential expression of genes in more and more edible and medicinal fungi needs to be verified by real-time reverse transcription quantitative polymerase chain reaction(RT-qPCR)analy-ses,so it becomes very important to screen the internal reference genes that are stably expressed.In this paper,the research on the selection of internal reference genes in edible and medicinal fungi was reviewed from several aspects,such as selection of candidate reference genes,commonly analysis software,determination of the optimal internal reference gene and verification of internal reference genes.
