深水采油树生产回路运维可用性分析

摘要 深水采油树生产回路作为水下油气开采的生产通道,将水下油井中的油气汇集到水下管线中,最后运送到海洋平台,其可用性会严重影响整套水下油气生产系统的工作效率,但目前很少有文献或报道对采油树生产回路的运维可靠性和可用性进行相关描述。针对深水采油树生产回路的运维可靠性评估问题,开展复杂环境下系统退化时变性的维修干预影响研究,提出基于随机Petri网的运维可靠性分析方法,解决深水采油树生产回路可靠性分析过程中多种失效模式同时发生的爆炸性问题;研究深水采油树生产回路的复杂失效模式,揭示不同故障对系统可靠性和可用性的影响规律;通过OREDA失效数据库验证所建立模型评估结果的准确性。结果表明:所提出的方法可以有效评估深水采油树生产系统运维可靠性和可用性,并验证当失效率为10^(-6)、10^(-5)和10^(-4)时,系统平均维修时间分别为1.84、7.57、131.07 h,满足OREDA失效率维修数据。 As a production channel for subsea oil and gas exploitation,subsea tree loop system collects oil and gas from subsea wells into pipelines and finally delivers it to offshore platforms.Its availability seriously affects the efficiency of the entire subsea oil and gas production system.However,there are few literatures or reports to describe the reliability and availability of operation and maintenance of tree production loop.Aiming at the problem of operation and maintenance reliability assessment of subsea tree production loop,a study on the impact of maintenance intervention on system degradation under complex environment is carried out,and an operation and maintenance reliability analysis method based on stochastic Petri net is proposed to solve the explosive problem of multiple failure modes occurring simultaneously;the complex failure modes of subsea tree production loop are studied,and the influences of different faults on system reliability and availability are revealed;OREDA(Offshore and Onshore Reliability Data)failure database is used to verify the accuracy of the model evaluation results.The results show that the proposed method can effectively evaluate the operation and maintenance reliability and availability of the subsea tree production system,and verify that when the failure rate is 10^(-6),10^(-5)and 10^(-4),the average maintenance time of the system is 1.84 h,7.57 h and 131.07 h,which meet the OREDA failure rate maintenance data.
