摘要
应用工业互联网技术,提出了适应化妆品行业发展现状并满足行业严格质量管控要求的数字化车间总体设计方案。介绍了当前化妆品行业特点和面临的主要挑战,结合典型的生产工艺,从不同生产环节和人员角色分析了生产管控应满足的关键需求。针对这些挑战和需求,充分发挥工业互联网技术优势,设计了一种化妆品行业数字化车间的多层次系统架构,包括设备层、监视控制层、业务管理层、经营管理层和数据展示层。针对这种系统架构,进一步给出了易于工程化的网络架构和硬件设计,并对软件系统间的数据接口进行了清晰规划。同时介绍了应用数字孪生等技术手段,进行数据集成展示的方式。采用这种设计构建数字化车间,能够帮助企业提高生产效率,降低生产成本。同时项目实施成本低,可以有效降低企业实施风险,快速进行工程化部署。
By applying industrial internet technology,a digital workshop overall design plan is proposed to adapt to the current development status of the cosmetics industry and to meet the strict quality control requirements of the industry.The current situation and main challenges faced by the cosmetics industry are introduced,based on typical production processes,the key requirements that production control should meet are analyzed from different production stages and personnel roles.In response to these challenges and demands,a multi-level system architecture for the digital workshop of the cosmetics industry is designed using industrial internet technology,including equipment layer,monitoring and control layer,business layer,management layer,and data display layer.According to the system architecture,a network architecture and hardware design easy to engineer are further provided,and the data interfaces between software systems are clearly planned.At the same time,the application of digital twins and other technical means for data integration display is introduced.Adopting the design to build a digital workshop can help enterprises improve production efficiency and reduce production costs.At the same time,the project implementation cost is low,which can effectively reduce the risk of enterprise implementation and quickly carry out engineering deployment.
