摘要
为了研究钢吊车梁疲劳承载力的检测评估方法,在某炼钢厂一套完整的生产工艺流程中,对钢吊车梁正常工作状态下的动应变进行长时间采样,得到应变时程曲线;然后采用雨流计数法对该段应变时程曲线的变化幅值进行统计,通过钢材的弹性模量换算将应变转换为应力,得到不同应力幅值出现频率的统计表并推导出等效应力幅;当等效应力幅小于规范要求的疲劳截止限时,说明该钢吊车梁的疲劳承载力满足正常使用要求。为了对该检测评估方法的可靠性进行验证,采用有限元分析,其计算结果与试验结果一致,进一步证明该检测评估方法的适用性和可靠性。
In order to study the detection and evaluation method of fatigue bearing capacity of steel crane beam,in a complete set of production process in a steel mill,the dynamic strain of steel crane girder under normal working con-dition is sampled for a long time to get the strain time curve;then the rainflow counting method is adopted to count the change amplitude of this section of the strain time curve,and through the conversion of the modulus of elasticity of the steel,the strain will be converted to stress,and a statistical table of the frequency of different stress amplitude will be obtained and the equivalent stress amplitude will be deduced.When the equivalent stress amplitude is less than the fatigue limit required by the specification,it shows that the fatigue bearing capacity of the steel crane beam meets the requirements of normal use.To verify the reliability of the detection and evaluation method,the finite element mod-eling calculation is used.The calculation results are consistent with the test results,which further proves the applica-bility and reliability of the detection and evaluation method.
