摘要
为研究煤骨料充填材料的析水性能,运用正交试验设计了以煤粒、高水材料、水泥为组合的胶结充填材料,采用极差、方差分析等方法,研究了4个关键因素对充填材料析水率的影响。结果表明:煤基充填材料的一天析水率为1.97%~6.89%,三天析水率为4.89%~10.86%。综合分析认为:煤基充填材料与水的添加量呈正相关关系;得到各因素共同影响下煤骨料充填材料析水特性参数预计模型。
In order to study the water precipitation performance of coal aggregate filling materials,a cementitious filling material composed of coal particles,high water content materials,and cement is designed by using orthogonal experiments.The effects of four key factors on the water precipitation rate of the filling material are studied using methods such as range analysis and variance analysis.The results show that the one day water precipitation rate of coal based filling materials is 1.97%-6.89%,and the three day water precipitation rate is 4.89%-10.86%.The comprehensive analysis shows that there is a positive correlation relationship between coal based filling materials and the amount of water added;Obtain a prediction model for the water precipitation characteristics parameters of coal aggregate filling materials under the joint influence of various factors.
