摘要
声带白斑(vocal fold leukoplakia,VFL)是常见的喉癌前病变之一,目前认为其与多种长期炎症因素刺激相关,临床上多使用电子喉镜检查对其进行早期诊断。近年来,随着我国计算机科学的快速发展和医学影像技术的不断进步,人工智能(artificial intelligence,AI),尤其是深度学习(deep learning,DL)在医学图像识别领域中被广泛应用,本文根据声带白斑的诊断现状,讨论基于深度学习的喉内镜图像识别技术应用于声带白斑辅助诊断的可能和前景。
Vocal fold leukoplakia(VFL) is one of the most common laryngeal precancerous lesions,which is currently believed to be mainly associated with multiple long-term inflammatory factors,electronic laryngoscopy is often used for early diagnosis.In recent years,with the rapid development of computer science in our country and the advancement of medical image technology,artificial intelligence(AI),especially deep learning(DL) has been widely used in the field of medical image recognition.Based on the current diagnosis status of vocal leukoplakia,this paper discusses the possibility and prospect of the application of laryngeal endoscopic image recognition technology based on deep learning in the auxiliary diagnosis of vocal leukoplakia.
