烷基化装置分馏系统的模拟与优化

摘要 为了解决烷基化装置分馏系统能耗高的问题,文中利用Petro-SIM流程模拟软件对烷基化装置分馏系统进行机理建模。经验证,该模型能够真实反映装置实际运行工况,可用于优化和指导生产。通过机理模型的模拟优化,最终得出的装置最佳操作方案是:脱正丁烷塔塔顶压力由0.52 MPa降至0.48 MPa、回流比降至3.0,脱异丁烷塔塔顶压力降至0.63 MPa、回流比降至0.42,在此优化方案下异丁烷、正丁烷和烷基化油质量均能满足要求。预计优化方案实施后,装置可节约中压蒸汽7.5 t/h,预计可节约费用922.7×10^(4)元/a。 In order to solve the problem of high energy consumption in the fractionation system of alkylating unit,the mechanism of the fractionation system of alkylating unit was modeled by using Petro-SIM process simulation software.It is proved that the model can truly reflect the actual operating conditions and be used to optimize and guide production.Through the simulation and optimization of the mechanism model,the best operation schemeis finally obtained as follows:the top pressure of the de-n-butane tower is reduced from 0.52 MPa to 0.48 MPa,then the reflux ratio is reduced to 3.0,while the top pressure of the de-isobutane tower is reduced to 0.63 MPa,the reflux ratio is reduced to 0.42,and the quality of isobutane,n-butane and alkylated oil can meet the requirements under this optimization scheme.It is estimated that after the implementation of the optimization scheme,the unit can save 7.5 t/h of medium pressure steam,and save the cost to 9.227 million yuan/a.
