摘要
基于“诸寒收引,皆属于肾”探讨从肾论治胃癌化学疗法(简称“化疗”)后骨髓抑制。中医认为“诸寒收引,皆属于肾”,肾为先天之本,主骨生髓,与脾胃之后天相互资生,是人体抵御外邪之根。研究发现,骨髓抑制的发生与肾密切相关。阐述以温补肾阳法纠正胃癌化疗后骨髓抑制的可行性,并举验案1则。
Based on theory of“all cold with contraction belong to the kidney”,this paper has explored the treatment of myelosuppression after chemotherapy for gastric cancer from the kidney.Traditional Chinese medicine believes that“all cold with contraction belong to the kidney”,and kidney being congenital origin and generating marrow and dominating bone.The spleen and kidney belong to the innate and postnatal organs,support each other,which are the root of the human body to resist external evil.Studies have found that the development of myelosuppression is closely related to the kidney.Based on this article,around kidney yang deficiency,the feasibility of correcting bone marrow suppression in gastric cancer patients with warm kidney and tonifying yang is discussed.The previous experience is summarized and a medical case is presented.
