摘要
目的 探讨配戴角膜塑形镜对儿童青少年近视患者的眼球生物学参数影响。方法 选择2019年6月~2022年6月于我院验配角膜塑形镜的6~18岁120例近视儿童青少年作为研究对象。根据随访时间分为随访1年组、随访2年组和随访3年组,对患者眼轴长度(AL)、中央角膜厚度(CCT)、前方深度(ACD)、晶体厚度(LT)、白到白距离(WTW)、瞳孔直径(PD)、角膜曲率、角膜水平曲率(K1)、角膜垂直曲率(K2)、ΔK(K1与K2的差值)等眼球生物学参数进行比较。结果 3组AL、CCT、角膜曲率、K1、K2与戴镜前相比差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。配戴角膜塑形镜后,除ΔK外,不同随访年限组间近视患者其他眼球生物学参数差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 配戴角膜塑形镜对儿童青少年眼轴迅速增长有良好控制作用,对其眼球生物学参数不会产生长期影响。
Objective To investigate the ocular biological parameters effects of using orthokeratology on children and adolescents with myopia.Methods 120 myopic children and adolescents aged 6 to 18 years who were fitted with orthokeratology in our hospital from Jun 2019 to Jun 2022 were selected as the study objects.They were divided into 1-year follow-up group,2-year follow-up group and 3-year follow-up group according to the length of follow-up,and ocular biological parameters such as their axial length(AL),central corneal thickness(CCT),anterior chamber depth(ACD),lens thickness(LT),white-to-white distance(WTW),pupil diameter(PD),corneal curvature,flat-keratorefractive(K1),steep-keratorefractive(K2),andΔK(the difference between K1 and K2)were compared.Results There were statistically significant differences in AL,CCT,corneal curvature,K1 and K2 in the three groups compared to the pre-lens(P<0.05).After wearing orthokeratology lenses,there was no statistically significant difference in other ocular biological parameters between the different follow-up groups for myopic patients exceptΔK(P>0.05).Conclusion Orthokeratology has a good long-term effect on the rapid growth of the eye axis in children and adolescents with myopia,with no long-term effects on the biological parameters of their eyes.
