摘要
岩藻多糖主要来源于褐藻,是一类含有岩藻糖和硫酸基团的多糖,具有抗氧化、抗炎、抑菌、增强免疫力等作用。近年来研究发现,岩藻多糖可调控动物消化道微生物群落结构,促进其发育,在提高营养物质消化率及动物生产性能方面发挥着重要作用。作为一种绿色安全无害的添加剂,岩藻多糖在畜禽生产中应用的研究越来越多。在查阅相关文献并结合本团队前期研究的基础上,本综述介绍了岩藻多糖的理化性质,归纳了岩藻多糖的生物学功能,并重点总结了岩藻多糖在畜禽生产中的应用,以期为进一步开发利用岩藻多糖提供参考。
As a kind of polysaccharide containing fucose and sulfuric acid groups,the fucoidan is mainly derived from brown algae and has various biological functions including anti-oxidation,anti-inflammation,anti-bacteria and enhancing immunity.In recent years,it has been found that fucoidan can regulate the microbial community structure and promote development of animal digestive tract.Moreover,the fucoidan plays an important role in improving nutrient digestibility and animal performance.There are more and more researches on the application of fucoidan in livestock and poultry production due to its advantages in safety.On the basis of published literature and previous studies of our laboratory,this review paper introduced the physicochemical properties and biological functions of fucoidan and emphatically summarized the application of fucoidan in livestock and poultry production,in order to provide reference for further development and utilization of fucoidan.
