不同硒源对羊生长性能影响的系统综述与网状Meta分析 被引量:1

摘要 于网状Meta分析方法,比较不同硒源对羊生长性能的影响,以期为羊生产中硒源的选择提供参考。计算机检索中国知网(CNKI)、万方(Wanfang)、PubMed和Web of Science数据库等,搜索有关硒源干预羊生长性能的所有试验研究,检索期限为各个数据库建库至2022年11月18日。采用STAIR清单对纳入的文献进行偏倚风险评价并汇总相关有效信息,使用ReVman 5.4.1软件、ADDIS v1.16.5软件和STATA 16.0软件进行贝叶斯模型网状Meta分析。结果表明:纳入39项研究,选定亚硒酸钠、酵母硒和硒代蛋氨酸进行网状Meta分析。与对照组相比,硒代蛋氨酸提高平均日采食量的概率最高(0.82),酵母硒提高平均日增重(0.59)和降低料重比(0.59)的概率最高。网状Meta分析表明,本研究选定的3种硒源在提高羊生长性能方面均具有良好的效果,以酵母硒效果最佳。 The purpose of present study was to assess the effects of different selenium sources on growth performance of goats by using network Meta-analysis method,so as to provide evidence for the selection of selenium sources in goat production.The studies of the influences of different selenium sources on growth performance of goats were retrieved from China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),Wanfang,PubMed and Web of Science.The retrieval period was from the establishment of each database to November 18,2022.The STAIR inventory was used to assess the risk of bias in the included references and extract relevant valid information.A Bayesian model network Meta-analysis was conducted using ReVman5.4.1,ADDIS v1.16.5 and STATA 16.0 software.Result showed as follows:a total of 39 studies were included,and sodium selenite,selenium yeast and selenomethionine were selected for network Meta-analysis.The results showed that selenomethionine had the highest probability of increasing average daily feed intake(0.82),and selenium yeast had the highest probability of increasing average daily gain(0.59)and decreasing feed to gain ratio(0.59),when compared with the control.Network Meta-analysis shows that the three selenium sources selected in this study have good effects on improving the growth performance of sheep,and selenium yeast has the best effect.
