思政教育融入医学遗传学研究生教学的探索 被引量:1

Exploration on Integrating Ideological and Political Education Into Medical Genetics Graduate Teaching

摘要 目的把思政教育融入医学遗传学研究生教学,挖掘梳理医学遗传学课程的德育元素,建设蕴含思想政治教育功能的医学遗传学课程体系,实现三全育人的思政格局。方法2021年9—11月,选取郑州大学医学科学院2021级46名医学相关背景研究生为研究对象,将思想政治内容融入医学遗传学知识,以科研案例为切入点,采用翻转课堂教学、线上线下混合式教学方法,根据研究生考核评价成绩和调查问卷反馈教学效果。结果考核评价中全体学生形成性评价分数为(34.20±2.03)分、终结性评价分数为(45.04±7.20)分、总成绩为(79.23±7.68)分,其中男生形成性评价分数为(34.91±2.21)分、终结性评价分数为(44.56±9.57)分、总成绩为(79.11±10.06)分;女生形成性评价分数为(33.97±1.54)分、终结性评价分数为(45.19±6.45)分、总成绩为(79.45±6.89)分。问卷反馈收回有效问卷41份,82.93%(34/41)的学生对思政内容融入专业课程这项改革表示“非常欢迎”或“欢迎”,100%(41/41)的学生认为每节课插入的思政案例很有用。结论医学遗传学课程思政是实现全方位协同育人目标的正确途径,教师要确立课程思政目标,深入挖掘思政教育资源,构建医学遗传学思政教学体系,推动思政教育持续深入。 Objective To integrate the ideological and political education into the postgraduate teaching of medical genetics,excavate and sort out the moral education elements of the medical genetics curriculum,and build the medical genetics curriculum system containing the function of ideological and political education,so as to realize the ideological and political pattern of"all-staff whole-process all-round education".Methods From September to November 2021,a total of 46 graduate students with medical related background from Zhengzhou University Academy of Medical Science admitted class of 2021 were selected as the research object,and the ideological and political content was integrated into the knowledge of medical genetics.Taking research cases as the starting point,flipped classroom teaching and mixed online and offline teaching methods were adopted,and teaching effectiveness was evaluated based on graduate assessment scores and feedback from survey questionnaires.Results In the assessment and evaluation,the formative evaluation score of all students was(34.20±2.03)points,the summative evaluation score was(45.04±7.20)points,and the total score was(79.23±7.68)points.Among them,the formative evaluation score of male students was(34.91±2.21)points,the summative evaluation score was(44.56±9.57)points,and the total score was(79.11±10.06)points;the formative evaluation score for female students was(33.97±1.54)points,the summative evaluation score was(45.19±6.45)points,and the total score was(79.45±6.89)points.A total of 41 valid questionnaires were collected through questionnaire feedback.82.93%(34/41)of students expressed"great welcome"or"welcome"to the reform of integrating ideological and political content into professional courses,and 100%(41/41)of students believed that the ideological and political cases inserted in each class were very useful.Conclusion The reform of ideological and political theory education in medical genetics is a correct way to achieve the goal of all-round collaborative education.Teachers should deeply tap the resources of ideological and political education,establish the objectives of curriculum moral education,build a"moistening and silent"medical genetics ideological and political teaching classroom,and promote the continuous deepening of curriculum ideological and political education.
