摘要
课程思政是将思想政治教育融入高校各个专业课程中,将德育渗透、贯穿所有的教育和教学的全过程,以提高大学生的专业知识水平和思想政治水平。课程思政作为新时期立德树人的根本遵循,是提高医学人才培养质量的关键步骤。医院文化是指医院在长期医疗服务过程中逐步形成日趋稳定的独特的价值观和医院精神。文章通过对医学类专业课程思政要求和建设现状的综合分析,结合当今社会对医学人才培养提出的新要求,探索将附属医院的文化内核有机融入医学类专业学生的课程思政建设中,强化医学生作为准卫生健康工作者的身份认同,以岗位胜任力为导向着力提升医学生的职业素养,规范职业行为,培养职业精神。夯实附属医院医学人才培养主阵地功能,凭借独特的课程思政内涵,培养带有医院文化印记的优秀医学生,为国家“健康中国”战略培养合格医学人才。
Curriculum ideological and political education is to integrate ideological and political education into all professional courses in colleges and universities,and infiltrate moral education throughout the whole process of education and teaching,so as to improve the professional knowledge level and ideological and political level of college students.As the fundamental compliance of building morality and cultivating people in the new era,curriculum ideology and politics is a key step to improve the quality of medical talent training.Hospital culture refers to the gradual formation of unique values and hospital spirit in the long-term medical service process.Based on the comprehensive analysis of the ideological and political requirements and construction status of medical professional courses,combined with new requirements for medical talent cultivation in today's society,this paper explores the organic integration of the cultural core of affiliated hospitals into the ideological and political construction of medical students'courses,strengthens the identity of medical students as quasi health workers,focuses on improving the professional quality of medical students and standardizing their professional behavior under the guidance of post competence,cultivate professionalism.Strengthen the main position function of medical talent training in affiliated hospitals,cultivate excellent medical students with hospital culture marks by virtue of the unique ideological and political connotation of the curriculum,and cultivate qualified medical talents for the national"Healthy China"strategy.
