摘要
在建立现代医院管理体系和推动医院高质量发展的大环境下,各级公立医院应不断推陈出新,改变原有陈旧的管理模式,对各科室进行高效管理,提升医院整体服务能力。科主任作为医院和科室的中流砥柱,是做好科室管理的关键和核心人物。某地市级公立医院作为当地规模较大的三级甲等医院,一直在积极探索如何做好科主任管理工作,包括从科主任选拔,到科主任聘期内考核、延长聘任、学习提升、目标管理以及优秀科主任的评选,建立了全方位、全过程的管理和评价体系,医院专科能力和区域影响力不断提升。该院在长期实践中逐步形成的科主任管理架构实用性强,可为公立医院加强科主任目标管理提供参考。
Under the background of establishing a modern hospital management system and promoting the high-quality development of hospitals,public hospitals at all levels should constantly get rid of the stale and bring forth the fresh,change the old management mode,and manage all departments efficiently,thus improving the overall service capacity of hospitals.As the mainstay of hospitals and departments,department directors in hospitals are the key and core figures in managing departments well.As a large-scale GradeⅢClass A local hospital,a municipal public hospital has been actively exploring how to do a good job in the management of department directors,including the selection of department directors,the assessment of department directors'employment period,the extension of employment,the promotion of learning,the management by objectives and the selection of outstanding department directors,and has established an allround and whole-process management and evaluation system,so that the hospital's specialist ability and regional influence have been continuously improved.The management framework of department directors gradually formed in the long-term practice of this hospital is practical and can provide reference for public hospitals to strengthen the target management of department directors.
