摘要
为了控制潞安煤矿高浓度煤尘扩散,确定各通风参数对煤尘控制的重要程度,研究了4个通风参数(压缩风管位置L_(c)、排风管位置L_(e)、压缩风量Q_(c)、排风量Q_(e))对粉尘控制的影响,结果表明:对高浓度粉尘影响因素的显著性顺序为:Q_(c)>L_(c)>L_(e)>Q_(e);低浓度粉尘影响因素的显著性顺序为:Q_(c)>Q_(e)>L_(e)>Lc。多因素对比分析,获得了最佳控尘参数组合:L_(c)=5 m,L_(e)=4 m,Q_(c)=150 m^(3)/min,Q_(e)=250 m^(3)/min。现场试验结果表明,高浓度粉尘扩散距离减小到9.3 m,低浓度粉尘扩散距离减小到36.3 m,有效改善了煤矿开采期间的空气质量。
In order to control the diffusion of high concentration coal dust in Lu'an Coal Mine and determine the importance of ventilation parameters to coal dust control,taking Lu'an Coal Mine in Shanxi Province as an example,the effects of four ventilation parameters(compressed air duct position L_(c),exhaust duct position Le,compressed air volume Q_(c),exhaust air volume Qe)on dust control were studied.The results show that the significant order of influencing factors on high concentration dust is as follows:Q_(c)>L_(c)>L_(e)>Q_(e);The order of significance of influencing factors of low concentration dust was Q_(c)>Q_(e)>L_(e)>L_(c).The optimal combination of dust control parameters was obtained by multi-factor comparative analysis:L_(c)=5 m,L_(e)=4 m,Q_(c)=150 m^(3)/min,Q_(e)=250 m^(3)/min.The field test results show that the diffusion distance of high concentration dust is reduced to 9.3 m,and that of low concentration dust is reduced to 36.3 m,which effectively improves the air quality during coal mining.
