宁夏枸杞中农药多残留风险评估

摘要 枸杞是我国重要的药食同源功能型特色产品。开展新烟碱类(吡虫啉、啶虫脒)、有机磷和氨基甲酸酯类(毒死蜱、克百威)、菊酯类(氯氰菊酯、氯氟氰菊酯)、杀菌剂(多菌灵、苯醚甲环唑和哒螨灵)不同作用机理的多种农药在宁夏枸杞中的多残留联合暴露风险评估研究,基于毒性效能因子法,建立宁夏枸杞中典型农药多残留联合暴露风险评估模型,采用点评估的方法分析了宁夏枸杞中农药多残留的风险,为保障枸杞的安全生产提出合理化建议。 Wolfberry are an important functional food product in China.This study conducted a risk assessment of the combined exposure to multiple residues of different types of pesticides,including neonicotinoids(imidacloprid,clothianidin),organophosphates and carbamates(dimethoate,methomyl),pyrethroids(cypermethrin,cyfluthrin),and fungicides(mancozeb,propiconazole,fenpyroximate),in Lycium barbarum.Based on the toxicity potency factor method,a risk assessment model for the combined exposure to multiple pesticide residues in Ningxia wolfberry was established.The mixed risk of multiple residues in Ningxia wolfberry was analyzed using a point assessment method,and rational suggestions were proposed to ensure the safe production of Lycium barbarum.
