摘要
能源互联网背景下高弹性配电网能够通过配置形式多样的源荷储资源提升系统的经济性和可靠性。针对含有可控分布式微电源,需求侧管理资源以及储能资源并网的高弹性配电网,考虑到对源荷储资源的调用建立其在故障情况下的最优负荷转供模型。所建立的模型计及源荷储资源调用成本,以故障期间最小化综合失电负荷损失为目标函数。同时模型的建立还计及网络结构拓扑约束、系统功率平衡约束、节点电压约束以及源荷储资源调用约束等必要约束条件。采用萤火虫算法设计所建立模型的求解流程。最后通过对一个以IEEE33标准节点系统为基础的高弹性配电网进行故障情况下的负荷转供方案制定,验证模型的有效性和准确性。
Under the background of energy internet,high elastic distribution network can improve the economy and reliability of the system by configuring various sources,loads and storage resources.For the high-elastic distribution network with controllable distributed micro-sources,demand-side management resources and energy storage resources connected to the grid,the optimal load transfer model under fault conditions is established considering the call of source-load-storage resources.The established model takes into account the call cost of source-load-storage resources and takes the minimization of the comprehensive loss of power load during the fault period as the objective function.At the same time,the establishment of the model also takes into account the necessary constraints such as network topology constraints,system power balance constraints,node voltage constraints,and source-load-storage resource call constraints.Firefly algorithm is used to design the solving process of the model.Finally,the validity and correctness of the model are verified by formulating the load transfer scheme for a high-elastic distribution network based on IEEE33 standard node system under fault conditions.
