摘要
水是基础性自然资源和战略性经济资源,是可持续发展的基础保障。新疆维吾尔自治区(简称新疆)是资源性及结构性缺水地区,哈密市更甚,如何突破水资源的瓶颈约束是实现区域经济可持续发展的关键。本文结合哈密市水资源概况,分析区域水资源开发利用现状,并提出统筹水资源开发利用的对策,从而弥补水资源短板,实现高质量发展。
Water is a fundamental natural resource and strategic economic resource,and a fundamental guarantee for sustainable development.Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region(referred to as Xinjiang)is a resource and structural water shortage region,especially in Hami City,how to break through the bottleneck constraints of water resources is the key to achieving sustainable regional economic development.Based on the overview of water resources in Hami City,this paper analyzes the status of regional water resource development and utilization,and proposes strategies for coordinating water resource development and utilization,in order to fill the gaps in water resources and achieve high-quality development.
