摘要
基于基层开放大学社区教育的内涵及其教师转型社区教育的意义,利用问卷法和访谈法对中山开放大学教师参与开展社区教育情况的问卷和访谈,结合中山开放大学的情况,首先指出影响基层开放大学教师转型社区教育的因素有师资力量来源、教学特点、个体主观能动性。进而分析开放大学教师转型社区教育教师的困境,即专业受限、知识拓展渠道单一、能力提升速度趋缓、信息化水不高。最后提出促进开放大学教师转型社区教育的适应性策略,即加强顶层设计,打造学历教育与社区教育“双师型”教师;在制度上引导教师在专业技能方面自我提升;学校开展社区教育教学技能的培训。
Based on the connotation of community education in grassroots open universities and the significance of teachers transformation of community education,this paper uses the questionnaire and interview method to conduct questionnaires and interviews on teachers participation in community education in Zhongshan Open University.Combined with the situation of Zhongshan Open University,this paper firstly points out that the factors affecting the transformation of teachers into community education of teachers in grassroots open universities are the source of teachers,teaching characteristics and individual subjective initiative,then analyzes the dilemma of Open University teachers in transforming teachers of community education,that is,limited specialty,single channel of knowledge expansion,slow speed of ability improvement and low level of informatization.Finally,this paper puts forward the adaptive strategies to promote the transformation of teachers in the Open University into community education teachers,that is,to strengthen the top-level design and create a“Double-qualified”Teacher of academic education and community education;to guide teachers to improve their professional skills in the system;to carry out the training of teaching skills in community education for schools.
