隔板塔在催化重整的应用效果分析

摘要 催化重整生成油的分馏流程长、设备数量多,产生的能耗在很大程度上影响重整产品的生产成本,及时调整产品线提高经济效益至关重要。优化、简化重整生成油的分馏工艺流程,实现灵活操作对全装置节能意义重大。该文介绍了催化重整装置中脱庚烷塔、二甲苯塔可采用的两种工艺:普通分馏塔分馏、隔板塔分馏,并对两种工艺实现相同分离效果的运行费用、能耗、投资做了详细的对比。结果表明,采用隔板塔分馏工艺更优。该工艺可简化分馏流程、减少占地、节省一次性投资和装置运行费用、降低装置能耗,同时还可实现灵活分馏的新技术。 The fractionation process of reforming generated oil is long,the number of equipment is large,and the energy consumption affects the production cost of reforming products to a large extent.Optimizing and simplifying the fractionation process of reformed oil and realizing flexible operation are of great significance to energy saving.In this paper,two kinds of processes for deheptanizing column and xylene column in catalytic reforming unit are introduced:ordinary fractionation column and divided wall column fractionation.The operation cost,energy consumption and investment of the two processes to achieve the same separation effect are compared in detail.The results show that the separator column fractionation process is better.The process is a new technology to simplify the fractionation process,reduce the footprint,save one-time investment and operating costs,reduce energy consumption,and realize flexible fractionation.
