某气井产出液发泡原因分析及对策

摘要 某含硫井站正常日产气量约10×104 m3,生产过程中因产出大量白色泡沫液体影响气井产出液分离而被迫关井。为尽快恢复正常生产,通过对钻井试油、产出液组分和地面集输工艺进行分析以明确产出液发泡原因,研究分析国内外常见的泡沫消除方法,结合现场实际情况确定消泡方法,并开展消泡药剂筛选实验,以最终确定适应生产现场的消泡药剂体系并成功应用。针对产出液发泡现象提出了污染源头控制、切断污染途径、优化生产组织管理三个方面的具体对策。 The daily gas volume of the sulfur-bearing well station was about 10×104 m3.During the production process,the sulfur-bearing well station was forced to shut down because a large amount of white foam liquid was produced,which affected the separation of the produced fluid of the gas well.In order to resume normal production as soon as possible,the foaming cause analysis of output liquid,the determination of defoaming method and the screening experiment of defoaming agent were vigorously carried out,and the defoaming agent system suitable for production site was finally determined and applied.Keeping track of the defoaming effect,the application results showed that the produced fluid from the sulfur-bearing well station had been fully defoamed and effectively separated,and the production had been resumed successfully.
