摘要
为了解决废碱水浓缩过程中蒸汽消耗量大,装置能耗高的问题,某环己酮装置在废碱水浓缩过程引入MVR技术。对此技术在运行过程中的工艺、设备情况进行研究,分析了存在的问题,并对产生效益进行了核算。结果表明,引入MVR技术实施改造后,虽会增加一定电耗,但可大幅降低该工序的蒸汽消耗,总体节能效果明显。
In order to solve the problems of large steam consumption and high energy consumption in the process of waste alkali water concentration,MVR technology was introduced into a cyclohexanone unit in the process of waste alkali water concentration.This paper studied the technique and equipment of MVR technology in the operation process,analyzed the problems existing in the operation,and calculated the operation benefits.The results showed that after the introduction of MVR technology,the steam consumption can be greatly reduced,and the overall energy-saving effect was obvious,though the power consumption increased to a certain extent.
