长江与洞庭湖冲淤变化及其对防洪、水资源利用的影响与对策建议 被引量:1

摘要 三峡工程运用后,“清水”下泄,导致长江与洞庭湖发生冲淤调整,对坝下游江湖防洪与水资源利用等影响已逐步显现,而上游干支流控制性水利水电工程陆续建成投运,与三峡工程共同作用后对坝下游的影响将更加深远。在以往研究的基础上,结合新近实测资料进一步研究长江与洞庭湖水沙冲淤变化,分析江湖冲淤变化对防洪与水资源利用的影响,并提出相应的对策建议,可为未来江湖治理思路、治理方案的制定与实施等提供参考借鉴。 After the operation of the Three Gorges Project,the release of"clear water"has led to the adjustment of sedimentation patterns in the Yangtze River and Dongting Lake.Its impact on river and lake flood control and water utilization in the downstream of dams has also began to manifest.Moreover,the completion and operation of upstream control hydropower projects in the mainstream and tributaries,along with the Three Gorges Project,will exert a more profound influence on the lower reaches of the dam.Based on previous research and recent measured data,we further examined the alterations of scouring and siltation in the Yangtze River and Dongting Lake,and analyzed the consequential effects on flood control and water resources utilization.Furthermore,we offered corresponding suggestions to provide reference for the guidelines,planning and implementation of future river and lakegovernance.
