摘要
文章介绍了智能变电站不停电电力系统继电保护校验技术的原理、方法和实现方案,以及仿真测试和评价的过程和结果。该技术主要包括基于状态估计的继电保护校验技术和基于故障诊断的继电保护校验技术,利用智能变电站的信息通信技术、数据处理与分析技术、数据反馈与展示技术和云计算与存储技术,实现对继电保护装置的不停电、在线、自动化、智能化和精确化的校验和评价,提高电力系统的可靠性和安全性。
This paper introduces the principle,method and implementation of the relay protection calibration technology of non-outage power system in intelligent substation,as well as the process and results of simulation test and evaluation.The technology mainly includes the relay protection verification technology based on state estimation and the relay protection verification technology based on fault diagnosis.It uses the information and communication technology of intelligent substation,data processing and analysis technology,data feedback and display technology and cloud computing and storage technology to realize the verification and evaluation of the relay protection device without power failure,online,automated,intelligent and accurate.Improve the reliability and safety of the power system.
