摘要
传统发电机组碳刷高温预警方法直接选取预警评定指标,未对发电机组高温数据进行预处理,存在预警耗时久问题。文章提出了基于双光融合热像仪的发电机组碳刷高温预警方法,即对发电机组高温原始数据进行归一化处理,将经过预处理的高温数据按时间顺序排列并选取预警评定指标,根据所选取的指标并利用双光融合热像仪识别发电机组的内部发热状况,从而完成基于双光融合热像仪的发电机组碳刷高温预警。文章还设计了对比试验,试验结果表明,该研究方法相对于传统方法预警耗时短,具有较高的预警效率。
The traditional method of carbon brush high temperature warning for generator sets directly selects the warning evaluation indicators without preprocessing the high temperature data of the generator set,resulting in a long warning time for traditional methods.Propose a high-temperature warning method for carbon brushes of generator sets based on dual light fusion thermal imagers.Normalize the original high temperature data of the generator set,arrange the pretreated high temperature data in chronological order,and select the early warning evaluation indicators.Then,according to the selected indicators,use the dual light fusion thermal imager to identify the internal normal thermal condition of the generator set,so as to complete the high temperature early warning of the carbon brush of the generator set based on the dual light fusion thermal imager.Design a comparison experiment,the experimental results indicate that this research method has a shorter warning time and higher warning efficiency compared to traditional methods.
