摘要
从原料到产品对食用植物油的邻苯二甲酸酯(PAEs)类塑化剂污染来源进行了全链条分析,并从原料环节、生产环节、PAEs类塑化剂快检、绿色无毒塑化剂开发等4个方面提出了食用植物油PAEs类塑化剂的控制措施,以期为植物油中PAEs类塑化剂污染的风险识别、风险评估、风险预防提供理论依据和重要参考。
A full chain analysis was conducted on the pollution sources of phthalic acid esters(PAEs)plasticizer in edible vegetable oil from raw materials to products.Control measures for PAEs plasticizer in edible vegetable oil were proposed from 4 aspects,including raw material,production,PAEs plasticizer rapid inspection,and green non-toxic plasticizer development,providing control measures of PAEs plasti-cizerin edible vegetable oils,in order to provide theoretical basis and important reference for risk identifi-cation,risk assessment and risk prevention of PAEs plasticizer pollution in vegetable oils.
