摘要 双碳目标的实施促使着抽水蓄能工程的大开发。长龙山抽水蓄能电站通过创新管理模式,大大提高监测单位与施工单位之间的沟通协作效率,降低了建设单位的管理与建设成本;采用先进、适宜的施工技术,不仅获得较优的施工质量,且充分发挥了监测数据反馈设计、指导施工、监控安全的作用。相关的管理模式与实施经验可供其他类似项目参考借鉴。 The implementation of the“carbon peaking and carbon neutrality”goals is promoting the large-scale development of pumped storage projects.In Changlongshan Pumped Storage Power Station,the management mode is innovated,which greatly improves the communication and collaboration efficiency between the monitoring units and the construction units,and reduces the management and construction costs of the construction units.Also,advanced and suitable construction techniques are adopted,which not only achieve superior construction quality,but also fully utilize the monitoring data on design feedback,construction guidance and safety monitoring.The experience in management mode innovation and implementation can be useful reference for similar projects.
