摘要
针对深部地层中厚顶煤巷道难支护、顶板变形大等问题,以东滩煤矿3308工作面轨道顺槽为研究对象,通过理论计算,明确以箱梁作为锚索梁的型钢托梁结构存在支护优势,并采用数值分析方法,对箱梁截面参数进行优化设计,得到适用于断层、破碎带等复杂条件下沿空留巷的锚索箱梁截面参数,并将优化结果应用于现场试验。结果表明,掘巷期间,试验段锚索箱梁无变形,整体稳定性高;回采期间,对比T型钢带与U型钢锚索梁2种支护方式,锚索箱梁支护系统变形发展速度最慢,其总变形仅为T型钢带与U型钢锚索梁支护的69.3%,且锚索箱梁支护效果良好。
Aiming at problems such as the difficult support of thick top coal roadway and large roof deformation in deep strata,taking track roadway of 3308 working face of Dongtan Coal Mine as the research object,through theoretical calculation,It is clear that the steel joist structure with box beam as anchor cable beam has supporting advantage,and the numerical analysis method is adopted to optimize the section parameters of box beam.The section parameters of cable box beam are obtained,which are suitable for retaining roadway along goaf under complex conditions such as fault and broken zone,and the optimized results are applied to field tests.The results show that there is no deformation of the anchor cable box beam in the test section and the overall stability is high.During the mining period,the deformation of the support system of the cable box beam is the slowest,and the total deformation is only 69.3%of that of the T-shaped steel belt and U-shaped steel cable beam,and the support effect of the cable box beam is good.
