煤巷综掘机电控系统自动化设计与应用

Automatic design and application of electromechanical control system for comprehensive excavator in coal roadway

摘要 针对目前矿用煤巷综掘机存在的抗电磁干扰能力差、通讯速度慢、终端接口少、设备兼容性低、保护功能不齐全等问题进行分析,提出自动化电控系统优化升级的必要性。通过以DCF-1型控制器为蓝本,采用CANOpen总线系统设计方案,实施对设备运行时的油温油位、电流电压、报警保护等功能检测,并以PROSYD 1131软件实现良好的人机互动效果,提升了信号传输速度以及故障点分析与排除的效率,现场应用效果显著。 In view of the problems for comprehensive excavator in the coal roadway,such as poor anti-electromagnetic interference ability,slow communication speed,less terminal interface,low equipment compatibility,incomplete protection function and so on,the necessity of automation electronic control system optimization and upgrading is proposed.Based on DCF-1 controller,CANOpen bus system design scheme is adopted to implement the functional detection of oil temperature and oil level,current and voltage,alarm protection and other functions during equipment operation,and PROSYD 1131 software is used to achieve good human-machine interaction effect,which improves the speed of signal transmission and the efficiency of fault point analysis and elimination.Through the practical application verification,the remarkable effect has been achieved.
