摘要
我国食品安全抽检工作存在的问题包括但不限于针对食品及食用农产品的检测耗时长、检测所需样品质量大、部分食品品种缺乏检验标准和方法等方面。为解决上述问题,本文概述了“一街一车一室”食品快速检验工作的内涵及落实方法(包括配置食品快速检测车辆、建设食品快速检测室、配备专业人员、开展食品快速检测工作、开展食品安全宣传活动、建立食品快速检测数据管理系统6项要素),分析了此项工作的应用效果,希望为食品安全检验从业者提供一定的参考。
The problems in China’s food safety sampling work include but are not limited to the long testing time for food and edible agricultural products,the high quality of samples required for testing,and the lack of inspection standards and methods for some food varieties.To address the above issues,this article outlines the connotation and implementation methods of the“one street,one car,one room”food rapid inspection work(including six elements:configuring food rapid inspection vehicles,constructing food rapid inspection rooms,equipping professional personnel,carrying out food rapid inspection work,conducting food safety publicity activities,and establishing a food rapid inspection data management system),and analyzes the application effect of this work,in order to provide some reference for practitioners in food safety inspection.
