摘要
依照湖北省政府关于“加强楚菜品牌建设和推广”的工作部署,武汉商学院荆楚风味筵席研发团队从湖北钟祥历史文化渊源着手,深入发掘钟祥美食文化资源,努力打造长寿养生筵宴精品,有力地推进了当地长寿文化产业发展。
According to the work deployment of the Hubei provincial government on“Strengthening the Construction and Promotion of Chu Cuisine Brands”,the research and development team of Wuhan Business University’s Jingchu Flavor Banquet has started from the historical and cultural origins of Zhongxiang in Hubei,deeply explored the cultural resources of Zhongxiang cuisine,and worked hard to create high-quality longevity and wellness banquets,effectively promoting the development of the local longevity culture industry.
