摘要
葡萄多酚具有抗氧化、抗炎、抗肿瘤等多种生理活性,应用前景广阔。本文综述了葡萄多酚的提取、纯化方法,以期为优化葡萄多酚提取工艺提供参考,满足人们对葡萄多酚研究和开发利用的需求。
Grape polyphenols have many physiological activities,such as antioxidant,anti-inflammatory and anti-tumor,and have broad application prospects.In this paper,the main extraction and purification methods of grape polyphenols were reviewed,in order to provide reference for optimizing the extraction process of grape polyphenols,and meet people’s demand for research,development and utilization of grape polyphenols.
