摘要
试验以日光温室棚架栽培的10年生玫瑰香葡萄为材料,在始花期、盛花期、花后3 d等3个时期分别用5、10 mg/L CPPU浸蘸花穗,以清水为对照,探究不同时期CPPU处理对玫瑰香葡萄无核化及果实品质的影响,旨在为设施栽培玫瑰香葡萄在宁夏的生产提供有效的无核化处理方案。结果表明,不同处理葡萄的无核率均高于对照,其中,A5(花后3 d,5 mg/L CPPU)和A6(花后3 d,10 mg/L CPPU)处理葡萄的无核率分别为92%、94%;A1(始花期,5 mg/L CPPU)、A2(始花期,10 mg/L CPPU)、A5、A6处理的果实品质较对照均有不同程度提高,且不同时期和不同质量浓度处理对各品质指标均有交互作用。主成分分析结果表明,A6处理得分最高,品质最佳,A4(盛花期,10 mg/L CPPU)处理得分最低,品质最差,且低于对照。设施栽培的玫瑰香葡萄在宁夏的生产在花后3 d用10 mg/L CPPU处理花穗,能获得无核化率高且品质好的果实。
In this experiment,10-year-old Muscat Hamburg grapes cultivated in greenhouse sheds were used as materials,in the three periods of initial flowering,full flowering,and 3 days after flowering,5 mg/L and 10 mg/L of CPPU were used to dip the flower spikes,and water was used as a control to explore the effects of CPPU treatment at different periods on the seedless and fruit quality of Muscat Hamburg grapes.The aim is to provide an effective seedless treatment scheme for the production of Muscat Hamburg grapes in Ningxia.The results showed that the seedless rate of different treatments was higher than that of the control.The seedless rate of A5(3 d after flowering,5 mg/L of CPPU)and A6(3 d after flowering,10 mg/L of CPPU)was 92%and 94%,respectively.The fruit quality of A1(initial flowering,5 mg/L of CPPU),A2(initial flowering,10 mg/L of CPPU),A5,and A6 was improved in different degrees compared with the control,and different periods and different concentrations of the treatments had interaction on each quality index.Principal component analysis showed that A6 treatment had the highest score,and A4(full flowering,10 mg/L of CPPU)treatment had the lowest score and quality,which was lower than those of the control.In the production of Muscat Hamburg grape cultivated in greenhouse in Ningxia,10 mg/L of CPPU should be used to treat the spikes 3 days after flowering,which could obtain fruit with higher seedless rate and better quality.
