基于数字图像相关法的Q355钢断裂韧性研究 被引量:1

Study on fracture toughness of Q355 steel based on digital image correlation method

摘要 以Q355钢紧凑拉伸(compact tensile,CT)试件为研究对象,采用数字图像相关法(digital-image correlation,DIC)获取加载过程中试件表面全场的位移和应变。基于断裂力学理论,计算Q355钢CT试件在不同回路积分路径下的J积分,并将数字图像相关法与有限元模拟和单试样法计算的断裂韧性结果对比分析。结果表明:DIC方法与有限元模拟得到的裂缝扩展区域的应变云图吻合较好;DIC方法与有限元模拟计算断裂韧性的结果平均误差在3%以内,与单试样法计算的断裂韧性结果最大误差为8.30%,平均误差为7.41%,说明DIC技术在计算CT试件断裂韧性中是可行和准确的。 Taking the fracture toughness of Q355 steel compact tensile specimen as the research object,the digital image correlation(DIC)method is used to obtain the full field strain and displacement on the specimen surface during loading.Based on the theory of fracture mechanics,the J integral of Q355 steel CT specimen under different circuit integration paths is calculated.The results of fracture toughness calculated by DIC,finite element simulation and single sample method are compared and analyzed.The results show that the strain nephogram of crack propagation region obtained by DIC and finite element simulation are generally consistent.The average error of the fracture toughness calculated by DIC and finite element simulation is within 3%,and the maximum error of the fracture toughness calculated by the single sample method is 8.3%,and the average error is 7.41%.It shows the accuracy and feasibility of DIC technology in calculating the fracture toughness of CT specimen.
