摘要
机械系统中经常会遇到冲击和摩擦,使系统在力-位置和力-速度特性上都具有非线性。本文提出了一种有效的二维摩擦系统数值计算方法,利用闭合形式解得到滑动响应,并将闭合形式解扩展到曲线长度,以高精度地预测冲击位置和时间。通过对几个典型场景的精度分析和鲁棒性分析,结果表明,通过我们的新算法可以预测冲击动力响应,具有较高的精度。
Impact and friction are encountered in mechanical systems,which make the system nonlinear in both force-position and force-velocity characteristics.In this paper,an effective numerical method for two-dimensional friction systems is proposed,which uses closed-form solutions to obtain sliding responses and extends the closed-form solutions to the length of curves to predict the impact position and time with high accuracy.Through the accuracy analysis and robustness analysis of several typical scenarios,the results show that our new algorithm can predict the impact dynamic response with high accuracy.
