摘要
汽车排气污染物检测用底盘测功机(以下简称底盘测功机)扭力示值误差、转速示值误差的校准是依据JJF1221-2009《汽车排气污染物检测用底盘测功机校准规范》和JJF1059.1-2012《测量不确定度评定及表示》,在温度为20℃,相对湿度为65%的条件下将专用测力杠杆固定在底盘测功机的规定位置,调整好杠杆水平位置及静平衡,用标准测力仪、非接触式多功能速度仪等设备进行校准底盘测功机扭力示值误差、转速示值误差,然后根据它们的数学模型,通过对引起它们示值误差的不确定度的分量分析,进行标准不确定度的A类和B类评定,进而评定出底盘测功机的扭力示值误差、转速示值误差测量结果不确定度。
The calibration of the torque indication error and speed indication error of the chassis dynamometer for the detection of automobile exhaust pollutants(hereinafter referred to as the chassis dynamometer)is based on JJF1221-2009《Calibration Specification for Chassis dynamometer for the detection of Automobile exhaust pollutants》and JJF1059.1-2012《Evaluation and Expression of Measurement Uncertainty》,and the temperature is 20℃.Under the condition of relative humidity of 65%,the special force measuring lever is fixed in the specified position of the chassis dynamometer,the horizontal position and static balance of the lever are adjusted,and the torque indication error and speed indication error of the chassis dynamometer are calibrated with standard dynamometer,non-contact multifunctional speedometer and other equipment,and then according to their mathematical models,Through the component analysis of the uncertainty that causes their indication errors,Class A and Class B of the standard uncertainty are evaluated,and then the uncertainty of the measurement results of the torque and speed indication errors of the chassis dynamometer is evaluated.
