摘要
针对沙土地区土层软弱、强度低、压缩性大的问题,结合实际工程项目,对沙区岩土勘察技术和软土地基处理技术展开研究,探讨解决方案的实践应用。通过钻探法获取地下土层的岩土样本,进行物性试验、原位测试,获取土体的承载力技术参数,强风化砂岩和中等风化砂岩层的承载力高,工程特性好,可作为基础的持力层。仓库地基采用换填的方式进行处理,生产加工车间采用振冲碎石桩的方式进行处理,宿舍楼和办公楼采用钢筋混凝土灌注桩形式地基,并给出了有关的工艺参数和技术要点。相关检测表明,经处理过的地基,达到工程规范要求,满足工程承载力需求,验证了有关方案的有效性。
In response to the problems of weak soil layers,low strength,and high compressibility in sandy soil areas,combined with practical engineering projects,research is conducted on the geotechnical investigation technology and soft soil foundation treatment technology in sandy areas,and the practical application of solutions is explored.Obtaining rock and soil samples from underground soil layers through drilling method,conducting physical property tests and in-situ tests to obtain technical parameters of soil bearing capacity.Strongly weathered sandstone and moderately weathered sandstone layers have high bearing capacity and good engineering characteristics,and can be used as bearing layers for foundations.The foundation of the warehouse is treated by replacement,the production and processing workshop is treated by vibroflotation gravel piles,and the dormitory and office buildings are treated by reinforced concrete pouring piles.The relevant process parameters and technical points are provided.Relevant tests have shown that the treated foundation meets the requirements of engineering specifications,meets the requirements of engineering bearing capacity,and verifies the effectiveness of the relevant schemes.
