摘要
针对某600MW机组2号机组送风机节能改造问题,给出风机降速(双速)节能改造方案、叶片数减半节能改造方案和叶片优化改造方案三个节能改造方案。计算结果表明,满负荷工况下(600MW)节能效果更佳显著,两侧送风机总电流可下降30 A左右。
In response to the energy-saving renovation problem of the supply fan of Unit 2 of a certain 600MW unit,three energy-saving renovation plans are proposed:fan speed reduction(dual speed)energy-saving renovation plan,blade number reduction energy-saving renovation plan,and blade optimization renovation plan.The calculation results show that under full load conditions(600MW),the energy-saving effect is more significant,and the total current of the two side supply fans can be reduced by about 30 A.
