摘要
近年来,随着地下工程建设发展规模的不断扩大和大型水利工程的不断兴起,灌浆技术在国内外得到越来越广泛的应用,对水利工程施工技术要求越来越高,接缝灌浆技术作为一种新工艺、新方法,它对水利工程坝体防渗方面发挥着及其重要的作用且还能延长水工建筑物的使用寿命。本文结合乌东德水电站大坝工程项目,针对大坝混凝土1~10层接缝灌浆施工工艺特点、施工方法、施工过程控制以及特殊情况处理进行了相关介绍,旨在为后期大规模启动本工程接缝灌浆施工以及为类似提供借鉴作用。
In recent years,with the continuous expansion of the scale of underground engineering construction and the rise of large-scale water conservancy projects,grouting technology has been increasingly widely used at home and abroad,and the requirements for water conservancy engineering construction technology are becoming higher and higher.As a new process and method,joint grouting technology plays an important role in the anti-seepage of water conservancy dam bodies and can also extend the service life of hydraulic buildings.This article introduces the characteristics,construction methods,construction process control,and special situation handling of joint grouting construction technology for the 1~10 layers of dam concrete in conjunction with the Wudongde Hydropower Station Dam Project.The aim is to provide reference for large-scale joint grouting construction in the later stage of this project and for similar projects.
