柴里煤矿综采工作面采空区遗煤自燃“三带”分布规律研究 被引量:4

摘要 以柴里煤矿3606综采工作面为研究背景,利用束管监测系统对采空区气体进行实时监测与分析,确定了3606综采作业面采空区二维平面氧化带范围;根据工作现场的实际情况构建等比例物理模型,并通过CFD算法对采空区氧气体积分数分布情况进行了数值模拟,得出了3606综采工作面采空区三维空间自燃“三带”的分布规律:进风巷侧氧化带范围为采空区深度26~52 m,采空区中部氧化带范围为采空区深度17~30 m,回风巷侧氧化带范围为采空区深度18~44 m。研究结果为采空区自然发火防治工作提供了技术支持。 Taking the No.3606 fully-mechanized mining face of Chaili Coal Mine as the research background,real-time monitoring and analysis of gas in the goaf were carried out using a bundle tube monitoring system,and the two-dimensional plane oxidation zone range of the goaf of the No.3606 fully-mechanized mining face was determined.A proportional physical model was constructed based on the actual situation of the work site,and the distribution of oxygen volume fraction in the goaf was numerically simulated using the CFD algorithm.The distribution pattern of the three-dimensional spatial spontaneous combustion"three belts"in the goaf of the No.3606 fully-mechanized mining face was obtained:the oxidation belt on the side of the air inlet roadway ranges from 26 to 52 meters deep in the goaf,and the oxidation belt in the middle of the goaf ranges from 17 to 30 meters deep in the goaf;the oxidation belt on the side of the return air roadway covers a depth of from 18 to 44 meters in the goaf.The research results provide technical support for the prevention and control of spontaneous combustion in goaf areas.
