摘要
[目的]评估卡贝缩宫素对分娩母猪产程、产死胎数、仔猪初乳摄入量及仔猪血液中抗体水平的影响,为卡贝缩宫素在养殖生产中的应用提供数据支撑。[方法]将30头待产妊娠母猪平均分为2组,即卡贝缩宫素组和对照组,卡贝缩宫素组在母猪分娩1头仔猪后注射35μg卡贝缩宫素,对照组不做任何处理,统计母猪产程、产死胎数、仔猪增重、母猪分娩后1 d排乳量等数据,并对仔猪血液中蓝耳病毒(PRRSV)、猪瘟病毒(CSFV)、伪狂犬gB(PRV gB)抗体水平进行检测。[结果]卡贝缩宫素组母猪分娩产程比对照组缩短88.46 min,产死胎数窝均降低0.73头;卡贝缩宫素组母猪所产仔猪头均初乳摄入量为233.7 g,对照组母猪所产仔猪头均初乳摄入量为220.9 g;卡贝缩宫素组仔猪产后1 d头均日增重40.0 g,对照组仔猪产后1 d头均日增重30.0 g;卡贝缩宫素组和对照组仔猪PRRSV、CSFV、PRV gB抗体水平差异不显著。[结论]在分娩1头仔猪后注射35μg卡贝缩宫素,可以缩短母猪产程,降低产死胎数,提高仔猪的初乳摄入量。
[Objectives]To evaluate the effects of carbetocin on the parturient course,number of stillbirths,colostrum intake of piglets and antibody levels in blood of piglets after carbetocin administration in parturient sows to provide data support for the application of carbetocin in breeding and production.[Methods]30 pregnant sows were averaged divided into two groups,namely the carbetocin group and the control group.The carbetocin group was injected with 35μg carbetocin after the delivery of one piglet,while the control group did not undergo any treatment.Data on the parturient course of sows,number of stillbirths,daily gain of piglets and milk output of sows one day after parturient were collected.The levels of antibodies against blue ear virus(PRRSV),swine fever virus(CSFV),and pseudorabies gB(PRV gB)in the blood of piglets were detected.[Results]The parturient course of sows in the carbetocin group was shortened by 88.46 minutes and the number of stillbirths was reduced by 0.73 compared to the control group.The average colostrum intake of piglets in the cabetocin group and the control group was 233.7 g and 220.9 g,respectively.The average daily gain of piglets in carbetocin group and control group was 40.0 g and 30.0 g,respectively.There was no significant difference in antibody levels of PRRSV,CSFV,and PRV gB in piglets between the cabetocin group and the control group.[Conclusions]The injection of 35μg carbetocin after the delivery of one piglet can shorten the parturient process of sows,reduce the number of stillbirths and increase the colostrum intake of piglets.
