新能源园区零碳评价指标体系研究

摘要 双碳背景下,新能源的大规模投入使得园区实现零碳成为可能,但目前对新能源园区生产生活碳排放水平的评价缺乏科学完整的指标体系。为适应新能源园区零碳建设的需要,考虑新能源园区实现碳减排的能源供应、能源消耗、生产及生活建筑以及交通等几个重点发展方面,分别从能源供应清洁化、终端用电电气化、系统用能高效化、管理数字化及生态建设绿色化五个维度出发,分析园区零碳评价指标,并使用层次分析法确定各指标权重,构建园区零碳画像评价体系。最后以某园区的指标数据为依据,给出通过该指标评价体系进行园区碳排放水平评价的算例与分析结果,可为园区零碳运行能力提供有效评估手段。 In the context of dual carbon,the large⁃scale investment in new energy has made it possible for the park to achieve zero carbon emissions.However,there is currently a lack of a scientific and complete indicator system for evaluating the production and living carbon emission level of new energy parks.In order to meet the needs of zero carbon construction in new energy parks,this paper considers several key development aspects of achieving carbon reduction in new energy parks,including energy supply,energy consumption,production and living buildings,and transportation.Starting from the five dimensions of clean energy supply,electrification of terminal electricity,efficient system energy utilization,digitalization of management,and green ecological construction,this paper analyzes the zero carbon evaluation indicators of the park,uses the analytic hierarchy process to determine the weights of each indicator,and constructs a zero carbon portrait evaluation system for the park.Based on the indicator data of a certain park,an example and analysis result of evaluating the carbon emission level of the park through this indicator evaluation system are provided,which provides an effective evaluation method for the zero carbon operation capacity of the park.
