基于线性二次型积分调节器的风电机组功率载荷协同变桨控制

摘要 传统变桨控制器具有两个控制回路,分别用于稳定风轮转速和降低塔架载荷,两个控制回路简单叠加会导致控制器性能降低,大型风电机组需要同时解决功率控制和载荷控制问题。对此,提出一种在稳定输出功率的同时减少塔架载荷波动的变桨控制器。通过线性化得到适合阶次的风电机组状态空间模型,应用状态空间控制方法集成干扰自适应控制器,提出线性二次型积分调节器(Linear Quadratic Regulator with an Integrator,LQRI)的变桨控制器,并通过Kalman滤波器估计难以测量的状态变量。在GH Bladed软件中与传统的变桨控制器进行了对比分析,结果表明,LQRI的变桨控制器抑制了风速扰动引起的功率波动和塔架载荷,增强了风电机组控制系统的转速调节能力和动态响应能力。 The traditional variable pitch controller has two control loops,which are used to stabilize the rotor speed and reduce the load of the tower respectively.The simple superposition of the two control loops will lead to a decrease in controller performance.Large wind turbines need to solve both power control and load control problems.Therefore,the author proposes a variable pitch controller which can stabilize the output power and reduce the load fluctuation of the tower.The state space model suitable for the order of wind turbine is obtained by linearization.The variable pitch controller of linear quadratic integral regulator is proposed by integrating the interference adaptive controller with the state space control method,and state variables which are difficult to measure are estimated through Kalman filter.Compared with the traditional variable pitch controller in GH Bladed software,the proposed variable pitch controller can restrain the power fluctuation and tower load caused by wind speed disturbance,and enhance the speed adjustment ability and dynamic response ability of the wind turbine control system.
