以不良行为危害为关键词的思维导图式健康教育在青少年口腔正畸护理中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨以不良行为危害为关键词的思维导图式健康教育在青少年口腔正畸护理中的应用效果。方法选取2019年1月至2021年12月于青岛大学附属青岛市口腔医院进行口腔正畸的青少年患者104例作为研究对象,所有患者全部给予常规护理干预,并在此基础上,采用随机数表法将其进行分组,即观察组(以不良行为危害为关键词的思维导图式健康教育)和对照组(传统健康教育)各52例。对比两组患者健康教育前后的心理健康(情绪状态、强迫症状、人际关系、心理平衡)水平、健康教育后不同时间段(1个月、3个月、6个月)的牙菌斑和牙龈指数及因不良行为而引起的风险危害事件发生率。结果健康教育前,两组患者的心理健康评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),健康教育后,观察组患者的各项心理健康指标评分均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);健康教育后,观察组患者在不同时间段的牙菌斑和牙龈指数低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);健康教育后,观察组患者因不良行为而引起的风险危害事件发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论思维导图式健康教育模式能够明显改善口腔正畸青少年患者的心理健康水平,显著降低其牙菌斑和牙龈指数,同时有效减少因不良行为而引起的风险危害事件发生率,效果显著。 Objective To explore the application effect of mind guide schema health education with the key words harm of bad behavior in adolescent orthodontic nursing.Methods A total of 104 adolescent patients undergoing orthodontics in this hospital from January 2019 to December 2021 were selected as the study objects.All patients were given routine nursing intervention.On this basis,random number table method was used to group them.There were 52 cases in the observation group(mind guided health education with bad behavior hazard as the key word)and the control group(traditional health education).The level of mental health(emotional state,obsessive symptoms,interpersonal relationship,psychological balance)before and after health education,the dental plaque and gum index at different time periods(1 month,3 months,6 months)after health education,and the incidence of risk hazards caused by bad behaviors were compared between the two groups.Results Before health education,there was no significant difference in mental health scores between 2 groups(P>0.05).After health education,the scores of mental health indexes in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After health education,the dental plaque and gingival index of observation group were lower than those of control group at different time periods,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After health education,the incidence of risk hazard events caused by bad behaviors in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Mind mapping type health education mode can significantly improve the mental health level of adolescent orthodontic patients,significantly reduce their plaque and gingival index,and effectively reduce the probability of risk and hazard events caused by bad behavior,with a significant effect.
